Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by Aurelis, operated by Vinzent Zerner, Werdstrasse 127, 8003 Zürich, Switzerland.
Services
Aurelis provides private health and wellness advisory services. The advisory includes guidance on movement, nutrition, sleep, emotional well-being, and the interpretation of health data - always in coordination with the client's existing physicians and preferred clinics.
No Binding Medical Advice
The services offered by Aurelis do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All guidance is informational in nature and does not replace professional medical consultation. Clients are responsible for consulting licensed medical professionals for all medical decisions.
Confidentiality
All information shared during an engagement is treated as strictly confidential. Aurelis does not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent.
Fees & Payment
Fees are agreed upon individually before the start of each engagement. Payment terms are communicated in writing prior to commencement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Already rendered services remain payable.
Liability
Aurelis's liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
