How it works
Every engagement follows the same three-phase structure. We observe before we act, build with care, and refine for the long term.
Observe
Weeks 1–4
We don't change anything yet. For four weeks, we collect baseline data - sleep patterns, movement, nutrition, bloodwork, and how you feel - in coordination with your existing physicians and preferred clinics. This gives us a clear, unhurried picture of where you are before we consider a single adjustment.
Build
Weeks 5–16
With a solid understanding in place, we introduce changes one layer at a time across five dimensions. Each adjustment is observed and considered. We move deliberately - adding complexity only when the previous layer has settled.
Refine
Ongoing
Once the foundation is in place, we shift to maintenance and gentle refinement. Regular conversations, periodic re-assessment, and seasonal adjustments keep things moving - at a pace that respects your life.
