About
The person behind Aurelis.
I'm Vinzent. I work with a very small number of people — personally, over long periods, with no delegation and no team behind the scenes.
Most of my clients weren't dealing with a crisis when they reached out. They were managing well by most measures. But they were doing it alone — moving between appointments, receiving fragmented advice, making health decisions without anyone who held the complete picture or stayed involved over time.
That gap is what I work in. My background spans psychology, analytics, and over fifteen years of studying how health holds together across its many dimensions. I've worked closely with people whose lives leave little room for trial and error — individuals who need clarity and continuity, not more information.
I take on very few clients and stay involved over long periods. Each engagement begins with careful, unhurried observation — not intervention. The goal is to understand your patterns before shaping anything, and to remain a steady, discreet presence as your health evolves.
If you're considering reaching out, a brief private conversation is enough to know whether this is right for both of us.

Philosophy
Observe before you act
Every engagement begins with quiet, careful observation - before anything is changed. First understand, then shape.
Discretion as a principle
Everything we discuss and measure stays between us. No delegation, no tools you need to manage yourself - just a quiet, private overview.
Continuity over episodes
Health changes over years, not weeks. I stay involved over long periods - and adapt to what changes.
